artist, primarily a painter: portraitist, urban landscape/streetscapes. Periodically, I work as an artist-in-residence in the public schools. also a somewhat compulsive, battered athlete.
Grew up on the South Shore of SI when it was woods and I could live in the trees, build tire swings over the streams and collect toads, turtles and the occasional baby bird.
Commuted into Manhattan when I was 12 to go to an art HS, then SVA. Decided I'd rather stay on SI than move away so I relocated to the North Shore and like it here.

Hi Sarah, I have seen you on Facebopok thru my Friend Margaurite and checked out some of your Art. I am also an Artist of sorts and Poet. Hello. I am too interested in science such as physcis but it and art such as film. Your profile is very fascinating to read. I too love to live in S.I because I used to live in Queen. I am a bit of tomboy and love to swing over the tree. I also love to collect turtles but am petrified of birds.
