Wayne Miller

Staten Island Shakespearean Theatre

Wayne Miller is an actor, designer and director with credits in stage, film and television. He made his stage debut in performance artist Stephen Varble's absurdist staging of The Immaculate Consternation, followed by various roles in Pfeiffer's People under the direction of Claire Nichtern. Since then he has appeared in more than 60 stage shows in the New York metropolitan area. Perhaps best known for his musical theater roles, he has appeared as Chuck Baxter in Promises, Promises, Will Parker in Oklahoma!, Billy Crocker in Anything Goes, Sam in Shenandoah, Billy Bigelow in Carousel, Billy Flynn in Chicago, Frank Butler in Annie Get Your Gun, Macheath in The Threepenny Opera, Gaylord Ravenal in Showboat, Warbucks in Annie, Peron in Evita, Julian Marsh in 42nd Street, Mack Sennett in Mack and Mabel, Nicely-Nicely Johnson in Guys and Dolls, Ben Stone in Follies, and Pseudolus in A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum.
