“ART at Bay,” a new fine arts collaborative gallery at 70 Bay Street, Staten Island a block from the S.I. ferry, opens its 4th monthly Literary Reading “Broad-ly Speaking”, Famous (or Infamous) Women on March. 14th, 2010.
